Sponsorship Information

Benefits to Sponsors

• Each sponsor will receive the inside front cover as advertising space in the program of the show being sponsored.
• Each sponsor's name will appear in all newspaper advertisments for the show being sponsored.
• Each sponsor's name and information will appear on this web site for the show being sponsored (with link to the sponsor's web site, if available).
• Each sponsor's name will be prominently displayed on the show's posters and/or place mats distributed to restaurants, churches, and community organizations.
• Each sponsor's name will be displayed on the Marion Civic Theatre marquee during rehearsals and through the run of the show being sponsored.
• Each sponsor's name will be displayed prominently on an easel in the MCT lobby.
• Each sponsor will be given a commercial announcement prior to the opening of the curtain at each performance of the show being sponsored. Sponsors may provide the spokesperson or an MCT board member will do the honors.
• Sponsorships qualify as tax deductions as MCT is a nonprofit organization as determined by Section 501c(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. MCT will provide eash sponsor with proper documentation for sponsorships.
• Each sponsor will receive 6 complimentary tickets for any one performance of the show being sponsored.

Benefits to Marion Civic Theatre

Your sponsorship dollars go toward...

• Payment of show royalties
• Costume expense and rental
• Set lumber and materials
• Payment for property rental and/or purchase
• Printing costs
• Advertising costs

NOTE: Your sponsorship dollars do not go into the MCT general fund. All actors involved in performances are volunteers; no one is paid for his/her participation.

Annual Musical Sponsorship: $3,000
Regular Season Show Sponsorship: $1,500
